Copying, reproducing, or exporting listing data, photos, or contact information
Creating an account under a false identity or misrepresented purpose
Unauthorized use may constitute violations of: RA 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act) · RA 9646 (Real Estate Service Act / RESA) · RA 8293 (Intellectual Property Code) · Article 28, Civil Code of the Philippines · RA 8792 (E-Commerce Act). Vestra Realty reserves the right to file administrative complaints with the PRBRES/PRC, civil/criminal complaints, and seek damages before Philippine courts.
Data Privacy Act Notice — RA 10173
By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information — including name, contact details, date of birth, and government-issued identification — by Vestra Realty in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
Your data is used for identity verification, platform access, transaction security, and our AI-assisted and voice features. We never sell your personal data; we share it only with the trusted service providers (sub-processors) listed in our Privacy Policy, strictly to operate the platform.
