Exclusive Authority to Sell & Platform Agreement

By listing on Vestra Realty, you grant Vestra the exclusive authority to market and sell your property. Please read, agree to all terms, and sign digitally.

Exclusive Authority to Sell — Vestra Realty operates on an exclusive listing model. Your property will be marketed exclusively through the Vestra platform. This protects both you and prospective buyers by ensuring a verified, mediated transaction process.

I hereby grant Vestra Realty the exclusive authority to sell my property. I understand that during the listing period, I shall not list, market, or sell this property through any other broker, platform, or by direct sale.

I understand that all buyer inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transactions will be exclusively managed by Vestra Realty through an assigned licensed sales attendant. I will not entertain direct offers or inquiries from any party outside the platform.

I acknowledge that if a sale is completed through a party I have directly introduced outside of Vestra during the listing period, Vestra Realty retains the right to collect the full platform service fee and sales attendant commission as stated in this agreement.

I confirm that I am the legal owner of the property and I have the full legal right to sell this property through Vestra Realty.

Platform Rules

Violation of these agreements may result in immediate account suspension and referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body (RESA, HLURB, NBI).

I agree to the Anti-Poaching Policy. I will not solicit buyers or sales attendants away from the Vestra platform. All transactions must be completed inside Vestra.

I agree to the No Off-Platform Contact Policy. I will not share personal contact information with buyers, nor attempt to conduct transactions outside of Vestra.

I acknowledge that misrepresentation of ownership or submission of fraudulent documents is a criminal offense under Philippine law (RA 10175, Art. 318 RPC) and will result in immediate account ban.

I agree that Vestra Realty may charge a 2% platform service fee upon successful completion of a property transaction.
